No handrails on stairs to the restaurant and spa!!! The hair dryer posed a fire hazard and coffee pot handle got dangerously hot!!! Frequent electricity issues disrupted the experience!!!

the room was so dirty I could hardly relax, and no phone? , really? expecting this during my stay is apparently too much. some complimentary drinks or a welcome upgrade would have been nice due to the iron incident. the ‘free’ breakfast should just be called a snack, 3 days in and I'm still hungry. just couldn't recommend this place.

Wow, the vibe here is fantastic! Our room was super spacious, and the private pool outside was the cherry on top! 🌺 The staff greeted us with smiles and made us feel so welcome. Plus, breakfast by the outdoor dining area in the morning sun was lovely! Just wish the Wi-Fi could've been a bit more reliable, though.
